well first I'd suggest that you shoult use : Operator instead of @Explode

just tCreatedBy:"[CSO]"

next: check the Field upon VIEW-LEVEL not on doc-level. As you may be permitted to read, you will see the doc. if your formula evaluates only after opening (e.g. calculated for display) then it will not work for any other user as he will never ever see the doc.
